HOW DO WE ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS TOGETHER?
The first step of onboarding involves me sending you a client application form, which is used to find out a bit of background information about yourself, your eating habits and your work schedule.

I will then use this information to build you a tailored training plan and provide nutritional support (macro targets/nutrition plan), based on your current situation and your end goal - whether that be to gain muscle or lose body fat.

Once you have signed up as a CBH client, we will have weekly check-ins, covering multiple factors, such as your sleep, weight, stress, ability to follow training/nutrition plan, fatigue levels and your physique progress.
​
You will also have an individual, long-term client roadmap, which we plan in advance and monitor each month to ensure you are on track to meet your fitness goals.

Throughout your journey, I will provide one-to-one support, exercise form reviews and help you ensure this becomes a sustainable lifestyle change, rather than a 'crash diet'.
